New opening hours 2025

Cambridge Library is thrilled to announce the launch of the Library Strategic Plan 2025-2029.

The Plan outlines key goals focused on fostering community connection, driving operational efficiency, and continuing the Town's commitment to supporting life-long learning for all ages. The library is committed to delivering a range of services beyond book lending to better align with the communities needs and includes digital resources, educational programs, and special events

Starting from 02 January 2025, Cambridge Library will introduce new opening hours designed to better align with our community's needs and preferences. These updated hours will help us accommodate extended hours during peak need times, such as student exam periods.

The library returns chute is accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week; along with access to all our digital lending platforms.

Revised Opening Hours 2025:

Opening hours for Cambridge Library 2025
Monday to Thursday	9am - 6pm
Friday and Saturday	9am - 5pm
Sunday	Closed
Public Holidays	Closed
