Digital Books
Up one levelPresented below are links to collections of digital books (also called electronic books). These are full text versions of popular books which have been made available for reading online. Digital books are available in a number of different formats, for example PDF (requires free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader); HTML (requires Internet Explorer or Firefox browser) and MP3 (these are audio books requiring Windows Media or other 3rd party MP3 player software). Access to the digital books in these collections are mostly free of charge and most publishers allow the reader download and/or save them to a storage device. Please note, however, that while Cambridge Library has filters installed for accessing the internet via the public computers in the library, we cannot be held responsible for the content of 3rd party websites such as those in linked below.

eBooks at Adelaide
- The University of Adelaide Library’s collection of Web books includes more than 700 classic works of Literature, Philosophy, Science, and History. Each work has been carefully formatted for maximum readability either on screen or when printed. Works can be read online, or downloaded for offline reading.

Tumblebooks
- Tumblebooks, a new online resource, is now available on the State Library of Western Australia website. Tumblebooks provides e-books for e-kids where children can read or listen to storybooks online, write a book review and play games. Tumblebooks has been provided to all Western Australian public libraries through Better Beginnings Family Literacy Program which is funded by the State Government of Western Australia, Rio Tinto WA Future Fund and participating local governments.
